A: Medics SOS is staffed by trained EMTs.  Unlike other emergency responder services, Medics SOS ensures its fleet of EMT staff is well-credentialed and has the right experience to help those in need.  Not only do Medics SOS EMTs have the medical skill necessary to advise those in need in those first critical moments, but they also have the communication skills necessary to relay this information to those unfamiliar with emergency medical techniques. 
Medics SOS’ EMTs are accessible 24 hour a day, 7 days a week by just a touch of a button.  At that point, those in need are connected to a certified EMT at Medics SOS’ Call Center.

Q: How is the Medics SOS emergency response Console installed in the home?

A: Medics SOS is so easy to install that a representative is not needed to come in the home.  The console is shipped to the home and can be set up using easy to follow instructions with a dedicated telephone support representative available for any assistance.

If needed, a Medics SOS representative will schedule an appointment to install the home unit and test the service.  The representative is available to answer any questions and make sure that the Medics SOS client understands how to use the service.
