Call Center & EMTs
Medics SOS’ Call Center EMTs are on-call and equipped to handle your emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our confidence in our EMTs is well-placed because they are quick-thinking and quick-acting trauma and critical care medical providers who must be recertified each year in a variety of refresher courses spanning 72 hours similar to a medical school rotation schedule.
Requirements to recertification include extensive training in:
- Airway management
- Disaster management
- General Patient Assessment
- Behavioral emergencies
- Diagnosing infant and child injuries
Medics SOS’ EMTs are trained to provide quick thinking analysis to those in need and are trained to communicate via on-line medical orders—corresponding with you and conveying medical instructions to you.
